Following are the rules to play Arm Wrestling:

    • •  Weight Categories are Boys(Under 75kg (Right Hand)), Free Weight (Right Hand), Under 75kg (Left Hand), Free Weight (Right Hand), Girls(Under 65kg (Free Weight))
      •  Matches follow a best-of-3 format
      •  Shoulders must be squared before the match begins.
      •  Competitors must keep one foot on the floor and their non-competing hand on the peg at all times.
      •  Pins are invalid if the elbow is out of the pocket.
      •  Any body contact with the competing hand (shoulders, chin, head) results in a foul.
      •  False starts count as fouls.
      •  Intentional slip-outs are also fouls.
      •  Three fouls in one round lead to disqualification.
      •  A winning pin requires touching the opponent's hand to the touch pad.

  • Following are the rules to play Circuit (Men):

    • •  This category includes three exercises: 20 squats, 50 push-ups, and 30 sit-ups.
      •  The participant completing the circuit in the shortest time wins.
      •  Push-ups: Knees must not touch the ground, and elbows should not flare out.
      •  Sit-ups: No half reps; feet must stay on the ground.
      •  Sit-ups: Knees should not extend past the toes, and proper squat form is required
